Return and Refund Policy

Pocket MX – SARL Pocket MX

This policy applies to all orders placed with Pocket MX, regardless of the product's destination worldwide.

1. Right of Withdrawal – Worldwide Applicable Period

In accordance with our commercial policy, the customer has a period of:

  • 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify their decision to withdraw
  • Then an additional 14 days to return the product

After receipt and validation of the return, Pocket MX has 14 days to process the refund.

This policy applies to all countries, without exception.

2.Withdrawal notification (mandatory)

The withdrawal request must be made in writing only:

The request must be accompanied by the completed withdrawal form, available at the bottom of this page.

No request sent by phone, via social networks, or by any other means will be considered.

3.Mandatory return conditions

The product must be returned:

  • Intact
  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • Without signs of wear
  • In its strictly original condition
  • With all parts, accessories, manuals
  • In its original packaging in perfect condition

Any product:

  • Assembled
  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Incomplete
  • Or that can no longer be resold as new

will neither be taken back nor refunded.

In this case, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

4. Return costs and organization

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the country.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Selecting the carrier
  • Organizing the transport
  • Insuring the package
  • Any potential customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Costs related to non-stackable transport

Pocket MX may, for information purposes only, provide contact details of specialized carriers for bulky products.

Indicative transport estimates:

Bulky products, excluding postal system:

  • France: between 150 € and 250 € incl. VAT (DB Schenker)
  • Outside France: between 300 € and 350 € incl. VAT
  • Non-stackable shipment: approximately 240 € incl. VAT (FedEx)

These amounts are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the country and the period.

5.Responsibility during return transport

The customer remains fully responsible for the product until it is received at our premises.

In case of:

  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Breakage
  • Deterioration during return transport

No refund can be claimed.

It is strongly recommended to insure the shipment for the value of the product.

6.Review and validation of the return

Upon receipt, each product is subject to:

  • A complete inspection
  • A technical verification
  • A detailed visual inspection

If the return conditions are not met, Pocket MX reserves the right to:

  • Refuse the refund
  • Charge a depreciation fee if the product can be restored
  • Return the product to the customer at their expense

A bailiff's report may be carried out if necessary.

7.Refund

If all conditions are met:

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from:

  • Receipt of the product
  • And validation of the conformity check

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
